Media library
Upload images once and reuse them in any template. Files are hosted on fast storage and served from URLs that work in every email client.
Uploading images
- Open Media in the dashboard.
- Drag one or more images onto the upload area (or click to browse).
- Supported formats: PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF — up to 5 MB per file.
- Click an image to copy its URL or see where it's used.
Images you upload in the template editor (image block → library icon) land in the same library.
Organizing images into folders
Keep large libraries tidy with nested folders:
- In the media library, click New folder in the left panel.
- Open a folder to create folders inside it — your trail is shown as breadcrumbs at the top.
- Switch between grid and list view from the toolbar.
- Use the ⋯ menu on any image or folder to rename, move, or delete it. Moving works with the Move to… picker; deleting a folder never deletes your images — they move back to the library root.
Uploads always land in the folder you're viewing. Storage usage is always team-wide: the gauge at the bottom of the left panel shows your total regardless of where you are.
Storage limits
Every plan includes a media storage allowance:
| Plan | Storage |
|---|---|
| Free | 1 GB |
| Pro | 10 GB |
| Scale | 50 GB |
| Enterprise | Custom |
Usage is measured from the bytes your files occupy. When you're at 80% you'll see a warning; at 100% new uploads pause until you're back under the limit. Files already hosted keep serving — emails already sent are never broken by a limit change. Deleting images always works.
Buying extra storage
Need more? Buy add-on storage in 1 GB steps, billed monthly per GB, prorated when you change the amount:
- Open Media → Buy more storage (or Settings → Billing).
- Choose the amount and continue to Stripe checkout.
- The extra space applies immediately; cancel anytime from the billing page. Canceling keeps your files online but blocks new uploads while you're over your plan's allowance.
FAQ
What happens to images in sent emails if I delete them?
The image URL stops serving, so emails that referenced it render a broken image. The dashboard warns you how many templates use an image before you delete it.
Can I use external image URLs?
Yes. The image block accepts any HTTPS URL — the library is for files you want hosted by Notideus.
Do videos or other attachments count?
Not yet — the media library currently stores images only.
